The performance test items include but are not limited to: resistance test, inductance test, withstand voltage test, conduction test, leakage current test, etc.
Process description:
Step ①: Put the product into the performance test station. After the operator scans the product barcode by hand, the system judges whether the product model is correct through the barcode information (you can also use the station fixed scanning gun to scan the code). After the model judgment is completed, the system gives operation prompts;
Step ②: After judging by the product model, place the product in the test station tray, the program to configure the completed test process for product performance testing, the system collects and stores performance test data, and at the same time, the collected test data for OK/NG judgment (the basis of judgment can be set through the system);
Step 3: After all performance test projects are completed, update product test records, test quantity, test quality, test non-performing rate and other information;
Step ④: The performance test report in the specified format and file format (Excel, PDF, CSV) can be exported manually/automatically;
Step 5: The product performance test data can be accurately or fuzzy queried through query criteria such as product barcode information and test completion date, and the queried data can be exported to the report.
