Function:

②: production process data processing: communication and interaction with the production line equipment PLC, you can set the qualified conditions or qualified range of each station data in the system, after the completion of data judgment, the judgment results will be sent to the equipment PLC, through the equipment PLC to perform the next operation;
③: Product packaging: qualified finished products into the packaging system after the output, the packaging system will carry out product re-inspection, re-inspection data after qualified binding packaging bar code, to reach a certain number of packaging settings will print out the packaging label, later can also be through the packaging label bar code to trace product data.
