The system is used in automated/semi-automated manufacturing workshops, associated with each production line in the workshop to count the production efficiency, maintenance efficiency, health and other information of the production line.
Function description:
①: Equipment production data collection and display: including equipment operation status (shutdown or operation, manual and automatic), equipment output information (including total number of production, number of good products, number of bad products), equipment operation cycle, equipment operation status, equipment shutdown information (distinguish fault shutdown and non-fault shutdown) and other information can be determined through the standard cycle;
②: Equipment production management and data statistics:
I: Equipment shutdown record and shutdown time statistics: statistics of each equipment shutdown record and shutdown time (can distinguish between fault shutdown and non-fault shutdown), and calculate MTTR (average repair time of equipment failure) and MTBF (average time between failures) information of each equipment to obtain fault maintenance efficiency;
II: Equipment OEE Information Statistics: According to the production data collected by the system, the OEE information of each shift is counted, and the trend of OEE information is displayed in the form of line chart for each month;
III: Production shift information entry and statistics: enter the production information of the current shift (shift number, responsible person, production period, planned output, number of operators, etc., and the shift information will be bound with the data above the shift);
③: Record the problems of the equipment that need to be checked and maintained periodically in the form of a table. You can customize the periodic maintenance plan, and the system will give the operator a prompt on the date of planned maintenance (the location that needs maintenance can be displayed in the form of pictures);
④: Operable electronic whiteboard: display this week's planned output, actual output, material information and other data, and record the current problems of the production line in the form of a list (can be customized);
⑤: Equipment spare parts management: manage the information of all spare parts that need to be replaced periodically in the production line, and prompt the operator to replace the spare parts when the loss degree of a certain spare part reaches a certain set value (the location of the spare parts can be displayed in the form of pictures), and save the replacement records of the spare parts;
⑥: Equipment maintenance record: record the detailed information of each equipment maintenance form (data can be filtered by equipment name and selected time period);
